Meredith Reeves

Equal Opportunity Investigator

In April 2018, Meredith Reeves joined the University of Kentucky as an Equal Opportunity Investigator.  Meredith has served as the Deputy Title IX Coordinator since Janaury 2019.  Prior to joining UK, Meredith worked in private practice where she litigated civil rights discrimination cases and advised clients on a variety of issues relating to employment, higher education, and K-12 education. Meredith holds a B.A. in Art History from Elon University and a J.D. from University of Kentucky College of Law.  Meredith's responsibilities include investigating complaints of discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct; ensuring University compliance with Title IX regulations and other federal and state guidance; and conducting trainings on University policies and procedures relating to discrimination and harassment.
