Jennifer Fransen

Equal Opportunity Investigator

In September 2022, Jennifer Fransen joined the Office of Institutional Equity and Equal Opportunity as an Equal Opportunity Investigator. Prior to joining the office, Jennifer worked as the prelaw advisor for the University’s College of Arts and Sciences. Before coming to the University, Jennifer worked as a public defender in Kentucky and Illinois. Jennifer has a B.A. in Political Science from Augustana College and a J.D. from the University of Dayton. Jennifer’s responsibilities include investigating complaints of discrimination and harassment and conducting trainings.
